UBS is the world's biggest manager of other people's money. But still, UBS found that it was not fully offering all of its customers all of its services. The goal of UBS was to create significant business impact by generating referrals between business groups. They needed a global solution that would help directors in client-facing functions to create cross-selling opportunities. BTS partnered with UBS to create a program for their top 1,000 sales executives. BTS created a customized role-play Simulation uti lizing computer technology for scoring purposes. The simulation was highly interactive and allowed UBS colleagues to respond to realistic client scenarios and business opportunities. The environment simulated competitive situations where cross-business-group collaboration and integrated thinking are keys to success.
