Ted Fawle

Ted Fawle is a Global Partner with BTS Australasia and is focussed on developing the BTS business throughout Asia. He has been a major contributor to establishing a BTS presence in six offices across the Asian region.

Ted Fawle has an engineering and marketing background in industrial, military and consumer electronics, plus twenty years experience as a Managing Director for Australian subsidiaries of multinational companies. He has traveled extensively conducting business in the USA, Europe and Japan and is experienced in many business disciplines. He remains an avid reader of management practice, specialising in shareholder value analysis, value based management disciplines and leadership. He practices the use of computer simulation and financial modeling for company valuations and accelerated experiential learning applications designed to drive behavioral change and improve business results.

In 1987 he formed Corporate Energy Operation (CEO), which specialised in training and consulting to assist clients with value adding, wealth creating strategies and initiatives.

Ted was also a contract Chairman with The Executive Connection (TEC) organisation for nine years, responsible for a group of CEO’s of substantial Australian Companies. TECs charter is to increase the effectiveness and enhance the life of the CEO.  During his tenure he won both the prestigious “TEC Chairman of the Year” award and the “Mick Robertson” Outstanding Resource Speaker Award. He has been a guest lecturer at the AGSM and Mt Eliza business schools in Australia, and Ashridge and Henley management colleges in the UK.

In February 2002 Corporate Energy Operation was acquired by BTS Limited, the world’s leader in customized computer simulation. BTS is a public company headquartered in Stockholm with offices throughout the world. Ted is now Executive Vice President and Group Managing Director responsible for BTS offices in Singapore, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan.

Major BTS group clients include Accenture, IBM, Coke, Sony, HP , AT&T, Telstra Corporation, Energy Australia, NAB, Westpac, Nokia, DHL International, ING, sanofi aventis, Toyota SingTel, Standard Chartered Bank and others. Apart from Australia, Ted has conducted workshops in Europe, United Kingdom, United States of America, South East Asia, Middle East, New Zealand, China, India and Japan, all with outstanding success
