Rebecca Watson is a Consultant for BTS Australasia Pty Ltd. Since joining BTS in 2007, Ms Watson has been an integral part of the team. She has experience across a broad range of industries and capability (business acumen, leadership and strategic alignment), most of which involved the use of computer-based simulations as an experiential learning tool. Currently she is involved with managing programs, building client relationships, designing interventions, and facilitating change at organisations.
Rebecca has experience working for companies in the Automotive Industry (Toyota), FMCG (Coca Cola Amatil, George Western Foods), Retail (Woolworths Limited) Banking & Finance (AMP), Telecommunications (Telstra), Infrastructure Construction (Leighton Contractors, AJ Lucas) and Oil and Gas (Woodside) sectors. She is well placed to develop focused presentations that will inspire and educate BTS customers and support change and improved organizational performance.
Rebecca’s passion for training and education began in university where she completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resources and International business at the University of Sydney. She is resourceful with a strategic outlook and strong business acumen and a flair for developing client relations and account management.
Ms Watson has travelled in the USA and South East Asian countries on work and pleasure pursuits. Her interests also extend to snowboarding, sailing, photography and training for a half marathon.
