Gerhard Diedericks

Gerhard Diedericks is a Principle for BTS Australasia. In his client work with Australian and international organisations, Gerhard develops and leads organisational change and leadership development projects, supporting companies in accelerating their strategy execution.

Gerhard contributed his knowledge and subject matter expertise to the design and development of a number of BTS client projects, with key focus on the business acumen, operational excellence, finance and leadership areas.
With more than ten years experience in the consulting industry, Gerhard leads long-standing BTS relationships with clients like Telstra and National Australia Bank (NAB). He has also worked on a number of local and global assignments for customers including Barclays, Vodafone, Toyota, Woodside, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, Ericsson, Standard Bank (SA), Holden.

Gerhard's industries of expertise include Communications, Financial Services and Retail. Prior to joining BTS, Gerhard held senior financial management positions with various telecommunications companies. His main responsibilities included financial planning, capital management and financial reporting. He now works out of the BTS Melbourne office.
