Brendan Doyle is a senior consultant with BTS Australasia Ltd.  His key responsibilities include the local Leadership and Management practice as well as working with clients on all online learning initiatives.

Brendan’s varied work career is now past the 30 year mark and includes managing several organisations at the CEO level.  Brendan has over 10 yeas experience in management consulting working with a diverse client base from manufacturing to consumer retailing.  Brendan’s focus has been on leadership development and the establishing of high performance cultures within organisations. 
 
Brendan has been working with management and business simulations since 1997, as a user, a developer and facilitator. He has seen over the years the increasing popularity of the use of simulations as a business and personal development tool and the value this self discovery process has in significantly enhancing user engagement and learning.

Over a similar period Brendan has been involved in online learning in a number of capacities. In fact as far back as  1993 he helped pioneer the use of video conferencing to connect geographically separated learners in partnership with Telecom NZ using one of only three teleconferencing faciltities in New Zealand at that time. In 1998 he introduced online learning to a tertiary education institution he managed at that time and has remained heavily involved in the application of online learning in both corporate and education sectors.

Brendan has developed many corporate learning and development programs fulfilling all functions from writing through to delivery and evaluation. His starting point is always working with the client to accurately determine the development need and to clearly define outcomes and the return on investment. 

He is also an experienced educationalist teaching in a range of subjects within the discipline of business studies and has been a CEO of a vocational education institution. This experience is invaluable in ensuring the quality of the facilitation process for his BTS clients.

Brendan's academic record includes a Bachelor of Business, Master of Education (Training & Development), and a Master of Open & Distance Learning.
